Comment: This email is in response to this article: How I Can Be Sure First of all, may I say that I enjoyed reading your article. It was quite amusing! But, I also have a disclaimer of my own. After watching the video on You Tube, I only partially agreed with Kirk and the other guy. So, this email is not in defense of their video.
Overall, I found your comments to be logical but lacking. It is obvious that you are familiar with Christianity, but here lies the problem. Christianity as it stands as a whole is completely messed up. I will agree with you on that.
ML goes on to make points for several pages about his particular beliefs. Then he concludes…
I hope my novel here finds a hearing ear. If it makes you stop and think for just a second, I have done my job well enough. I'm sure you will have more objections, more reasons why God doesn't exist. Or maybe, my reasonable answers will mean nothing to you. Perhaps you won't even see them as reasonable... There is much that you upbringing didn't teach you about the Bible. So many people are missing so much! It is truly sad! Even Kirk the actor is missing most of what I am saying here because he ended his video with the common belief, come to me, crap that everyone says. He doesn't know what that really means.

First of all I want to thank you for your thoughtful response. It is refreshing to read a reply that rises above the usual name-calling and simple statements (how I am going straight to hell) that I normally receive.
Your letter pointed out to me that I need to add references to support my statements about the lack of evidence on the flood and the dates for the books of the New Testament. I am currently researching other works that I intend to publish that will address these oversights. Please check back over time and I hope you will see the supporting evidence you desire.
I enjoyed reading your “novel” and appreciate what you were trying to do. If we met in person I am sure we could have an engaging conversation, but in the end would probably have to agree to disagree.

Making them debate with you using facts cuts down on the mail you receive quite a bit, I’ll bet J Thank goodness Palin has been discovered for the freakazoid she is.

It is nice to hear words of encouragement for a change. You probably could guess that my site provokes a lot of people to anger, I can’t help that. I feel compelled to combat ignorance in any way I can, so I created this site. I plan on doing a lot of improvements as time allows. I work full time and have a family life so I cannot put the time into this I would like.
About Palin… You betcha, I am tickled to death that most people are seeing her for what she is. Sometimes you look at America and wonder if the theistic wacko’s have done more damage than we can repair, but just maybe we can still have hope.
Keep up the (lack of) faith fighting irrationality in the trenches and once again, thanks.
